We purchased 15 triple pane windows from Window Depot for our home in Spring Grove PA. The whole process only took only a few weeks. From the sale to the installation, We had estimates from other companies, and we actually got triple pane glass windows for less than what they we're selling double pane for, the salesman was very knowledgeable and didnt try to pressure us at all, the installers did an unbelievable job from start to finish, and it only took one day. The workmanship and attention to details from the start of our front windows project to its completion was excellent. In a matter of hours, James, working alone, removed old windows and installed the new ones perfectly. The quality of the windows is fantastic.

Great experience purchasing my windows! I was in need of a large project (over 40 windows, French door, patio doors) after relocating for work and getting into a new house. Our sales person worked with us to get the design how we wanted it (actually better than we hoped) and even though they weren’t the cheapest company they were competitive and we really got a ton of value and feel like we actually got the champagne taste on a good craft beer budget. It’s a good place for quality and fair pricing in our experience and that can be difficult to find these days.

Window Depot did an amazing job replacing our windows and patio door. I had been dreading this much-needed upgrade for a long time, but they made it a really smooth and simple process. The sales process did not involve the high pressure sales I just cannot stand. The installation was fast and top notch. And the price was reasonable and less than what I expected. The quality of the windows has been the biggest delight so far. We've lived with warm pockets of air throughout our house during the summer months, and now our house is at a wonderfully steady temperature with none of those swells in temperature from the afternoon sun beating in. I can stand near a window with the sun beating in and not feel any variation (which was not true before!). I'm looking forward to the savings! And their assistance with financing made this all the easier. Highly recommend!

I had 10 double hung windows installed today by Window Depot. I was so impressed at how the two-man crew worked together and got this project done with all windows in and capped in one day. The crew was the best! They were clean, thorough, answered all my questions and were super thoughtful to put things back where they were, cleaned/vacuumed around the windows, closed my gate on the fence, etc. I could keep listing things, but i wont'...however, these little details matter, and it shows that this company cares about the home they're in. The price was super fair for all of the new windows. Hopefully I will never need new windows in this current house after this install and ProVia's quality, but I am going to tell everyone i know to use Window Depot! Thank you for a job well done.

10/10 on my recent window installation. First, the man who came out to speak with us originally did a wonderful presentation. He talked to us about phasing, which is what we decided to go with, replacing half of the windows now and half later. The installation was amazing. I work from home and they came in, removed and installed each window one by one to keep my house as warm as possible (it was done in January2025) and cleaned up after. They were in and out before my shift was even over. They were really respectful of my home and animals. Overall very polite. I can’t wait to pay down my loan (which was absolutely a killer deal in comparison to another company I got a quote from). We will be doing the rest of our windows and our sliding glass door to our deck next. Big thanks to this company. My house was built in the 1920’s, I just bought it 3 years ago, and it really needed an upgrade. My little family and I no longer freeze because of the breeze that used to come through our windows. It’s made such a difference. Not to mention they look beautiful, have a really nice tint to them, and they block out so much of the outside sounds and cold. Highly recommended!!!

Just had 10 windows and 2 doors done by Window Depot and the installation went very smoothly. They got it all done in one day and everything looks great, just as we anticipated. Just had the windows on the front of our house replaced by Window Depot USA of Central Pa. and am very happy with the results. The process was smooth and efficient from the initial consultation to the installation. Window Depot gave us a tremendous choice of colors for the window frames both on the interior and exterior sides so that we could match the window frames to the existing trim of the house. Other manufacturers we had looked at didn't offer the same level of options. The triple pane, glazed windows have a very high efficiency rating, an excellent locking system and operate smoothly. The installer did a great job and cleaned up after finishing to leave the house, driveway and yard in perfect condition. The new windows look great on the house, and I'll never have to worry about painting window frames again! And we were very pleased with the price. A very good value compared to other companies.

The window and door were installed, old wooden trim replaced and wrapped plus everything was cleaned up and removed. Not only did they add to the overall visual appeal of my garage but provided more security.

We had eight windows installed in our 50's rancher. The picture window we had replaced was the original. Everything went smoothly in purchasing windows for our house: from meeting with Rick, who sold the windows to us, to JR coming out and measuring before they actually purchased the windows from the manufacturer, to the installation crew who installed the windows. The crew worked quickly and made sure the windows worked, were installed correctly, and they did a great job installing trim around the windows. I thought they'd need a whole day to install the windows but it only took a few hours. They also worked around our animals in the home. We have a handicapped dog and several cats. They were so accommodating to their needs making sure our dog wasn't upset and our cats didn't escape. The original picture window we had allowed a great deal of hot sun to enter our home. It is so nice having these new, efficient windows. We can actually leave our drapes and blinds open and allow the light to come in without the temperature in our home rising from the hot sunlight! They also make the house look great. No more chipped paint!
